The role of women in the renewable energy area has changed over the years and at Soltec we want to continue to be part of that change. We believe in the importance of creating spaces for women to continue to grow within our company and society, as well as to inspire new generations to follow their vocation.

Today we want to look back and see the road we have traveled and all that remains to be done.

We have very clear objectives and, in order to achieve them, we work every day to put our values on the table.

Parity.

We want to continue fighting for equality in the workplace, increasing the number of female workers in our workforce until we achieve parity.

Leadership.

We want to see women leading area. Therefore, we continue to create exclusive opportunities for them to participate in professional development and leadership programs. In addition, we have a Board of Directors with 43% female representation.

Pioneers.

We want to continue being pioneers, creating the first solar plant designed and built from the ground up by an all-female team.

Inspiration.

We want to continue inspiring the girls of the future by mentoring STEM programs so that they can learn about the possibilities that STEM careers offer.

Visibility.

We want to continue giving visibility to the women of area, participating and organizing events such as "Meet Soltec's female engineers", so that our female employees can share their experience with high school students.

Athletes.

We want to support women in different areas. That is why we participate as sponsors of women's basketball and cycling teams.
