Energy turned into data.

It's not us saying it, the data speaks for itself and the energy of all these women has gone a long way:

01.

Pioneers in the IBEX Gender Equality Index

Making Soltec one of the thirty first companies to enter the IBEX Gender Equality Index.

02.

Equity in our management team.

43% of Soltec's Board of Directors are women, while the average for Spanish companies is 34%.

03.

Supporting female athletes.

We help women who have also not had an easy time in their vocation: Soltec is an official sponsor of the women's basketball team "Molina Basket" and the women's cycling team "Soltec Team Costa Cálida."

04.

Helping women around the world.

By organizing a charity dinner in Chile for the reconstruction and maintenance of a home for girls at risk of social exclusion.

Lending a hand to future generations.

At Soltec, we participate in the #BeSteam initiative to put our energy into all those girls in the Region of Murcia (Spain) who want to study a technical-scientific career and continue to fight against the stereotypes that exist in these professions.

Thanks to this project, around 300 4th year of ESO girls have been able to meet female engineers from Soltec (among other professionals in the sector) who demonstrate to them that you can be a woman and succeed in science. This initiative is carried out with a dynamic of micro-interviews and mentoring so that young students can discover their vocation more closely.

We want to share all the energy that these professionals give to these promising little girls. How are we going to do it? With capsules filled with hope and the words they would have loved to hear at their age.

Do not hesitate, focus on being a good professional: serious in your job and as competent as possible. In the end, this is all that matters.

Be resilient, courageous, and above all, believe in yourself and your potential. With enthusiasm and courage, anything can be achieved.

Elisa

Do not be swayed by all the gender biases that exist and are still deeply rooted. You can contribute to changing them.
